Into the Forest
In psychotherapy we work from the outermost layers, inward, to reach the heart of the matter, which is our clearest self. This happens through careful listening, supportive discussion, and a variety of learned exercises to engage the body, heart, and mind.
The Buddha encouraged us to experiment, believing the deepest gifts of contemplation emerge in real-world conditions. All the healing methods I use have been rigorously tested in my own life and relationships.
